## HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE - UAE

Euro Systems® is looking for an HR Executive for its HR Operations in UAE. Candidate should be based in Dubai.

**You need to have:**

- Good communication skills
- Administrative expertise
- HRM knowledge and expertise
- UAE labour laws knowledge

**Does this sound like you?**

- Handling talent acquisition and benefit plans.  
- Conducting on boarding process.  
- Handling compensation and payroll process.  
- Must have experience in Performance Management.  
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation   
   and resolve any issues that may arise.  
- Development and Implementation of HR Policies.  
- Maintenance of employee files and data.  
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.  
- Handle all administrative tasks.
