Euro Systems® is looking for a Construction Cost Surveyor / Estimator for Interior & Exterior Products with a strong personality and confidence who can actively work in Estimation Department. Expertise in coordination from Design, AutoCAD & Sales Team until project awarding. Proven success in leading multifunctional teams to achieve project goals and successfully completing projects. Excellent Technical Knowledge in Interior & Exterior fit-out products manufacturing & installation. Should be organized, motivated, self-driven and quick learner with computer knowledge.

Roles & Responsibilities:   

• Responsible for all quantity take-offs for Interior and Exterior products.

• Responsible for accurate pricing based on company targets for all projects.

• Coordinate with Suppliers/ procurement team for technical details of various resources required for the project. Analyze different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals.

• To read and fully understand the client's project requirements as per the drawing provided by the client. Study Tender documents, specifications, BOQ and drawings to identify the scope of work.

• To prepare exact materials required by the client with costing for a specific job.

• Liaison between Consultants/Architects/Clients/Main Contractors and Sales Teams.

• Liaison between Operations department and outside vendors/subcontractors.

• To work with Sub Contractors for price negotiation and contract awarding.

• Knowledge of risk analysis, contingency, and escalation assessment.

• Resolve discrepancies by collecting correct details through information analysis.

• Prepare queries and get the clarifications from the client/contractor through the reporting manager.

• Preparing Bill of Quantities for the project.

• Interact and discuss Engineering or Design matters with Co-Engineers in the Engineering department & Engineers on site.

• Correspondence in conjunction with the project manager.

• Make material estimates and prepare a cost build-up sheet and labour estimates.

• Arrange the subcontractor's quotation and review the specs & price comparison.

• Prepare handover of awarded projects by arranging drawings, cost breakdowns, quotations of Suppliers, offer letters and submitted quotation copies.

• Explain the scope of work to concerned departments by arranging kick off/ handover meeting.

• Contractual correspondence in conjunction with the project manager.

• Coordinate with production & Installation dept. to get the exact labor hours, Production duration & Installation period.

• Must have exposure to all types of Interior & Exterior job costing. 

Educational Qualifications: 

• Bachelor of Construction Management

Or/

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering 

Or/

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering

Or/

• Bachelor of Architecture/Interior Design  

Or/

• Bachelor of Quantity Surveyor
  

  POST GRADUATION on the same field is preferable.

Additional Skills: 

• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Good at MS Office and mail communication.
• Familiar with CRM &n ERP modules.
