acp cladding

Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) also known as Aluminium composite material (ACM), is a type of flat panel that consists of two thin aluminium sheets bonded to a non-aluminium core. ACP’s are frequently used in the application of external cladding or facades on buildings, insulation, and signage.

The Aluminium sheets can be coated with polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), flour polymer resins (FEVE), or polyester paint. Aluminium can be applied in any kind of colour required. The panels are produced in a wide range of metallic and non-metallic colours as well as patterns that imitate other materials, such as wood or marble. The core is commonly low-density polyethylene, or a mix of low-density polyethylene and mineral material to exhibit fire retardant properties.

Euro Systems® aluminium composite panels are available in various thickness levels and several brands. ACP sheets are excellent in finish and are PVDF coated up to 35 micron. The panels are extremely versatile; it can be bent, cut, drilled, punched and easily shaped into complex shapes. Easy installation and fabrication will save cost and time periods of construction. ACP Cladding products include the following:
